This popular earflap style hat is fun to crochet and sized for the whole family.  You’ll be able to play with colors and stitch patterns as you go.







With easy to follow shaping, this pattern uses only one color per row.  Single crochet, double crochet, bobble, post and spike stitches are all explained. Experienced crocheters will have fun personalizing the design by adding more colors.

Skill Level Easy to Intermediate- variety of stitches, repetitive stitch patterns, simple color changes (only one color per row), shaping and finishing.

Yarn Cascade Yarns 220 Wool or 220 Superwash Wool  100gr/220yds

Main Color-approx 100yds all sizes

At least four Contrast Colors approx. 25-50 yds each color all sizes

Hook US I/9 (5.5 mm) or size you need to obtain gauge.

Gauge 14 sc and 18 rows = 4″ (10 cm)
